At The SDMX Global Conference, StatGPT - an AI-based SDMX Query Building Assistant and AI DIAL were presented by Ilya Gorelik from EPAM and Jeff Danforth from IMF. 
The SDMX Global Conference is a biennial event for the official statistics community worldwide to share information on recent and upcoming developments in the field of national and international statistical data and metadata exchange.

The 9th Conference was held from 29th October to 2nd November 2023 in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

EPAM in collaboration with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) rolled out StatGPT 2.0 for evaluation and testing by selected statistical organizations. 
StatGPT 2.0 removes the entry barrier for end users when querying and working with statistical data by introducing a natural language interface. This makes StatGPT more efficient and user-friendly than traditional query solutions, helping users quickly find the right data and understand how to use it effectively.

AI DIAL powers StatGPT 2.0 for Global Economic Data

To assist Altera's legal, compliance, and vendor management teams in efficiently navigating the company's extensive contract portfolio, EPAM introduced a virtual paralegal tool. This tool automates responses to frequently asked legal questions, thereby streamlining the contract review process.
