Configurable dashboards display semi-real-time usage statistics. A data analysis pipeline is employed to continuously monitor:
  • Who has used the AI?
  • What areas have people asked questions about?
  • Were the AI-generated responses accepted by users?
  • Are there any recurring patterns?


A comprehensive set of tools and models can be updated and reconfigured to enhance the quality of responses or provide additional services for common request patterns.
